1. Service Description
Dekod is an AI-powered music identification service that processes audio snippets to match them against a catalog of known tracks using fingerprinting and machine learning technologies.
2. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. Provide accurate registration information and notify us of unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit audio you do not have rights to process, attempt to reverse-engineer our algorithms, infringe third-party intellectual property rights, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to submitted audio. Audio files are never retained — they are deleted immediately after identification. The Dekod platform, algorithms, and catalog are proprietary.
5. Limitation of Liability
Dekod is provided as-is without warranties. We do not guarantee identification accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. GDPR Compliance
For EEA users, your GDPR rights include access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection. Contact privacy@dekod.ai.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
